"Unable to purchase intended NFL team apparel, my alternative purchase was men's wallets. A Levi wallet selection had a red and white Gordman's pricetag on the side of the packaging box, and a second pricetag and barcode on another side of the box with the same SKU, but a lower price than the red and white tag. My second wallet selection by Timberland also had a red and white Godman's price tag only,on the side of the packaging box. I pointed out the dual price tags on the Levi selection and the cashier declined to ring up the lower price, stating she was to always charge the pricing on the red and white tag. I told her I did not think this was correct or ethical and asked her to remove the item from my purchase. (*Our interaction was mutually respectful and never escalated.) The rest of this item in question on the shelf are also marked with two tags. I made the one item purchase and left, dissappointed in my shiopper's experience. I always factor in a wait to check out at Gordman's and did not choose to also ask for a manager to stand behind the uniformly posted pricing."

"There was a maze to get to the checkouts. When I got to them, not one person was checking people out at the registers. There were 4 associates behind the guest services desk. I walked up and asked where to check out. The first girl said you'll have to wait for her, I'm trying to go on break. The girl she referred me to was helping another guest with a return. Finally one of the other 2 ladies got on a register behind the service desk and rang me out. Had to wait 5 minutes when no one was in front of me at checkout. Very disappointed."
